Thus, in this program you will have the process of constitution of the exploration title; the process of constitution of the exploitation title; surveillance of mining property, detecting possible overlaps or encompassing; cadastre of mining property; opposition and annulment claims (from their start until the final decision is issued); the process and monitoring of the constitution of mining easements; history of titles, etc.. All this is in accordance with what is stated in the mining legislation of Chile and Peru.
